A viewpoint suspended over the Camarasa reservoir like a flying carpet. You can see the Serra del Montsec mountains and the river Noguera Pallaresa, the Congost de Tarradets.
The Balconet de Santa Linya is 6 km from the village of Les Avellanes i Santa Linya along a forest track. it can be reached by car or on foot along a forest track suitable for all types of vehicles.
If you decide to walk the route, you can extend the walk by following a circular trail which takes you to the Pere de la Vall hermitage or to Queralt before returning to Santa Linya. The trail is 13 km, well signposted and with some sections equipped with chains, but not difficult.
The route to the hermitage passes impressive rocky outcrops guarded by birds of prey.
