In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, INICIATIVES DE LA VALL D’ÀGER, S.A. (hereinafter “Càmping de la Vall d’Àger”) informs users of the website www.campingager.com of its privacy policy (hereinafter “personal data”) so that they may determine, freely and voluntarily, whether to disclose to Càmping de la Vall d’Àger the personal data requested in the booking form and/or application form and/or information form. Càmping de la Vall d’Àger reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law as well as common practice in the sector or market.
Personal data will be automatically processed and incorporated into files which Càmping de la Vall d’Àger will hold and manage.
